How many days do I have to return an item?
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is intact and unused in the original packaging. The collection will take place from the nominated address.
How do I request a return?
All return requests can be filed on our self-serve returns portal. Head to our shopping site, log into your account, enter the order number that you wish to return, and hit the return button. Once we receive your return request, we will review and process it instantly. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team.
Can I request a return for a damaged item?
If your item is damaged, take a photo of the damaged item at the time of filing a return request. Once we approve the return, we will collect the damaged item from the nominated address.
Do I need to bear the return shipping charges?
All returns requested within the 30-day window will be processed free of charge.
What type of refund will I receive?
Refunds will be awarded in the same mode of payment in which the original order was purchased except COD. For COD purchases, the refunds will be initiated to your bank account or settled as store credits.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your item, we will inspect and initiate a refund. You may receive a refund 14 days from the time of receipt of the request.
Will my refund include shipping costs?
For free shipping, you will receive the entire order amount. If you chose an expedited or overnight shipping method, we will deduct the shipping cost before initiating the refund.
